The best feeling on the earth for a doctor is after saving a patient who is on the verge of collapsing and by doing CPR for around 30mins we as a ICU team earned that feeling which without any doubt will be the biggest achievement

WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF YOUNG ONSET HYPERTENSION?
Being overweight or having obesity.
Having a family history of high blood pressure.
Having type 2 diabetes or a high fasting blood sugar level.
Having high cholesterol.
Eating too much salt.
Being Black or Hispanic.
Being male.


Smoking or exposure to secondhand smoke.

Conclusion:  Our patient was obese ,so that might have most probably have given the outcome

2)Opioid medications: Opioid medications may be considered as an alternative or augmentive therapy for patients suffering from gastrointestinal effects or poor pain control on NSAID management. 
3)Epidural steroid injection to minimize the inflammation
